Christmas in the Magnolia State

Mississippi is the Magnolia State and as you read this today, I am on a plane headed there.  When I arrive my mom will fry catfish with french fries & hushpuppies.  Yum!  After supper, I promised my niece we would make red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing.  Yum squared!  Oh yes...there will be photos.
