PEEPS make excellent cupcake toppers

I went to Target today and even though it is a little early, I couldn't resist going down the Easter aisle.  Who doesn't love PEEPS?  I can't wait to make a batch of Easter cupcakes and decorate them with PEEPS.  They come in many colors and shapes...chicks, eggs, bunnies, and even chocolate!
