How to Make Puffed-Up Petals

I love the look of these puffed up cupcake "flowers" by Wilton and am making them this weekend.  Here is the video that I am using to learn!

Puffed-Up Flower Cupcakes

This video shows how to make cupcake decorations that look like puffed-up flowers.  Very easy to make!  You need to make the petals at least 24 hours in advance so they will have time to dry.
