Costco has a
Cinnabon Mix by Betty Crocker that is fabulous...however, it is not always available there. Why is that? You can order the mix on Amazon for $13.95 (2 mixes per box) but that is a little pricey! The mix includes everything you need: cake, cinnamon swirl, streusel topping and icing. With this box of goodness, you can have a batch of cinnabon cupcakes in the oven within minutes.
I like to make cupcakes out of the mix and give them as gifts in disposable aluminum cupcake tins (the ones that make 6 cupcakes). This makes a great gift for a holiday morning breakfast. Sometimes I make mini-muffins and give them in a basket. So many ways to give an edible gift!
