I just got off the plane and am finally home after a great Christmas!  Here are more pictures detailing the making of the red velvet cupcakes on Christmas Eve.  A fun time was had by all....especially eating them.

Easy Christmas Wreath Cupcakes

This video shows how to make a Christmas wreath cupcake using a ziplock bag (cutting a leaf tip into the bag).  Very easy and festive!

Christmas Cupcake Sandwiches

What's my favorite sandwich?  I love pimento & cheese, but these Christmas cupcake sandwiches have just moved to the top of my list.  These are amazing!  I am definitely making these when I go home to Mississippi for Christmas (with cream cheese icing of course)!

You don't need any fancy decorations to create reindeer cupcakes...so grab some pretzels, M&Ms, marshmallows, cherry candies and candy canes and get to work!
