A few years ago when I was a Girl Scout (please don't do any math!) I really enjoyed selling cookies. There have been a few cookie changes over the years, but here are some cupcakes topped with my favorite Girl Scout cookies!

I love any excuse to add a cookie to a cupcake...two desserts are better than one!
