Cupcake Cakes

Last week I posted a picture of a Thanksgiving turkey cupcake cake and in Las Vegas I visited cupcake bakeries offering cupcake cakes. 

What is a cupcake cake?  It is a bunch of cupcakes frosted so that they look like one cake.
