Recipe of the Week - Jello Cupcakes

Week 56

Jello unexpected cool summer treat.

4 (3-ounce) packages of Jello
2 2/3 cups of boiling water

Add boiling water to Jello.  Pour into foil liners in a cupcake pan.  Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.  Frost the cupcake with the whipped cream and add the candies or sprinkles.
